轻微椎——基底动脉缺血性疾病的脑干听觉诱发电位的研究

STUDY ON BAEP IN 71 PATIENTS WITH MINIMAL VERTEBROBASILAR ISCHEMIA

检查了71例轻微椎—基底动脉缺血病人的BAEP。异常率为76.1％。发作期异常率明显高于缓解期。BAEP异常分为内耳型、脑干型和混合型,说明眩晕可为内耳前庭缺血或脑干或两者同时缺血的结果。对23例进行了随访检查,发现部分病人BAEP异常是可逆的;而长期随访无改善者,提示脑干内有影响听觉通路的小梗塞灶或亚临床的血循环不足。

A study on BAEP was performed in 71 patients with minimal vertebrobasilar ischemia, showing that the abnormal BAEP was 76. 1%. We discovered that the rate of abnormality in acute phase was much higher than that in recovery phase. And it was classified as inner ear, brain stem and mixed types. The vertigo could be caused by the inner ear,brainstem ischemia or both of them. In long follow up, we believed that if the symptoms had not showed any improvement, the tiny infarction or subclinical blood supply insufficient could be present.
