临床路径表在产后母乳喂养健康教育中的应用

Application of the table of clinical path on the post-natal breastfeeding health education

目的:探讨临床路径表在产后母乳喂养健康教育中的应用效果。方法:随机将86例产妇分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用临床路径模式,对产妇进行健康教育指导;对照组采用传统的健康教育模式;将两组产妇知识掌握程度及对护士满意度进行对比。结果:与对照组相比较,试验组进行了健康教育宣讲后,产妇能显著地提高知识掌握程度(P<0.01)以及对护士工作的满意度也有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对产妇应用临床路径表进行母乳喂养健康教育,能提高产妇知识掌握程度及对护士的满意度,能有效的促进护理质量的提高。

Objective To investigate the effect of the table of clinical path on the post - natal breastfeeding health educa- tion. Method 86 lying - in women were randomly divided into two groups ： an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group used clinical path model in which lying - in women were given guidances on health education while the control group used traditional health education model. After that, the amount of knowledge absorbed by the lying - in women and the level of satisfaction towards nurses of these two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group there was great difference in the amount of knowledge absorbed by the lying - in women（ P 〈 0. 01 ） and the level of satisfaction towards nurses （ P 〈 0.01 ） after health education. Conclusion The table of clinical methods maternal breasffeeding health education can increase the amount of knowledge and improve the level of satisfaction towards nurses. And it can also improve the quality of nursing.
