海外蒙古学研究述略

Literature Review on the International Mongolia Study

蒙古学作为国际显学之一,一直备受海内外学术界的关注。在世界蒙古学领域,除了中国、蒙古国两国学界已经取得了骄人业绩外,欧洲、日本、俄罗斯、美国在蒙古学领域中的研究成果也格外引人关注,并形成了独特的学术风格。从学术史的角度回顾与总结海外蒙古学的形成与发展,可以清楚地了解我国蒙古学的由来和发展现状,深刻认识蒙古的历史与文化曾经对我国与东亚社会、欧亚大陆与世界的国际关系和格局的巨大影响;同时,展开我国的国际化和现代化的视角,重新认知古代的蒙古历史与当代的蒙古文化的意义所在。基于此,文章尽可能地收集了欧洲、日本、美国、俄罗斯、韩国等国家的蒙古学研究机构、成果和主要代表人物,并以综述的形式梳理、编辑了海外蒙古学的研究概况。

Studies on Mongolia have been the most studied topic internationally. In the do- main of Mongolia study, China and Mongolia have made great achievement;in addition, the a- chievements made by scholars from Europe ,Japan, Russia, and America are also important with unique academic styles. The study reviews and summarizes the Mongolia study abroad concern- ing the formation and development from the perspective of academic history, from which we can see the same aspect of Mongolia study in China. Furthermore, we can also know better about the influence of Mongolia on China, East-Asia, and Eurasia in terms of history and culture. The international and modernization perspective may provide a new vision to perceive the ancient Mongolian history and modern Mongolian culture. Therefore, this review covers the representa- tive achievements and figures in Europe, Japan, America, Russia, and South Korea to give a general picture of the study internationally.
