个体工商户养老保险参保意识影响因素探析——基于福建省福州市的调查

The Influence Factors on the Individual Business Owners' Awareness of Taking Endowment Insurance——Based on the Survey in Fuzhou of Fujian Province

对福州市部分个体工商户养老保险参保意识的调查数据进行研究,结果表明:个体工商户的参保意识总体水平不高,且主要受到个体特征、家庭特征、养老保险政策认知程度以及制度设计的影响。文章认为,在人口老龄化的影响下,养老保险的作用和地位日益凸显,提高养老保险参保意识具有重要意义。因此,建议运用多种手段促进养老保险的宣传,开设个体工商户参保便民窗口,构建多层次养老保险体系,助力养老保险参保率提升。

Based on the survey data about the individual business owners＇ awareness of taking endowment insurance, it is concluded that the general desire to take the endowment in- surance is at a low level,which is also affected by the individuality,family conditions, and how much they know about the policy of endowment insurance. It is believed that the function and social status of endowment insurance is more distinct with the influence of aging population. So it is of great importance to improve the awareness of the necessity of taking endowment insur- ance. It is suggested that multiple methods should be taken to put forward the endowment insur- ance. In addition,a system with more choice can help to promote the motivation.
