根据食品科学课程的特点,重点分析和讨论了教学内容和教学方法的改革探索,强调要加强实践教学,注重培养学生的能力,为提高食品科学课程教学质量和效果提出了有益的思路。
With the content and changing consideration of the characteristics of this course, renewing teaching methods and means of teaching are effective ways to improve teaching quality and overall quality of students.
