The Sanqu creation of Wang Pan in the prometaphase of Ming Dynasty is analyzed. He was indifferent and humor. Meanwhile, he had the contradictory psychology that on one hand, he wanted to go into the society, and on the other hand, he wanted to live as a recluse. Because of the beautiful natural environment and his unique personality characteristics, his sanqu presented a style of elegant, witty and irony.
