摘要
分析了真空消失模铸造生产线浇注过程的特点,针对其特殊要求,设计制造了全液压专用浇注机,该设备已用于本公司真空消失模铸造生产线上,生产应用效果良好,能满足真空消失模铸造浇注过程要求。
In this paper the features of pouring process on LFC production line were analyzed. Based on its special requirements, the full hydraulic pouring machine used for LFC production line was designed and manufactured in this company.
