摘要
铸造车间工频感应炉烘炉操作原是人工控制停送电,为解决人工操作劳动强度大、易出错的问题,进行了自动烘炉装置的研究设计。介绍了烘炉装置中自控程序的设计思想,具体设计中将可调时长脉冲和计数器结合起来,解决了PLC中时间继电器预置值只有十几分钟不能用于长时间延时控制的问题,实现了十几个小时的长时精确控制。
The baking operation of the power frequency induction furnace in foundry was manually controlled in the past, which was labour intensive and error-prone. A new automatic baking device was developed in this paper. In this design, the adjustable duration pulse and counter was combined to realize the ten hours long time accurate control.
