摘要
介绍了抽水蓄能机组阀体的结构特点、技术条件,分析了铸件制造过程中可能出现的质量问题,并针对这些潜在的质量问题从铸造工艺上提出了一系列的质量控制措施。研究了分型面的选择、补贴、浇注系统的设计和热处理工艺的设计,并利用MAGMA软件对凝固及充型过程进行了模拟仿真,最终达到了降低生产制造成本、提高铸件质量的目的。
The structure characteristics and technological conditions of valve body for pumped storage units were introduced. By analyzing quality problems which may occur in the casting mauufacturing process, a series of quality control measures were put forward in the light of these potential problems.The parting line selection, the design of pading, gating system and melting, heat treatment process has been studied. The advanced MAGMA solidification and mold filling simulation were used to reduce the cost and improve the quality of castings.
