摘要
针对锻造棒坯在履带式抛丸机使用过程中出现的跑偏问题,首先从工件规格出发,通过锻造棒坯长度和棒坯两端直径偏差两个方面对工件跑偏原因进行了分析,结果表明工件跑偏现象不受其长度和头尾直径偏差的影响;最终从设备自身结构出发,通过调整履带两端张紧轴的张紧程度,使整个履带张紧均匀适宜,有效防止了工件跑偏。
The article analyzed the reasons of billet running deviation during shot blasting. The reason was analyzed on billet length and diameter deviation of both ends of billet, and the results showed that the dimension of workpieee can not affect the billet running deviation. The billet running deviation can be prevented by adjusting the tension level for track tensioning shafts at both sides of the track.
