铸件的表面清理在铸造行业一直以来都存在困难,工作环境差、劳动强度大,作业不能实现机械化、自动化,长期以来都依赖大量手工作业。本文主要从铸钢产品清理的技术要求及标准,清理工艺方法和设备、工具,未来先进清理工艺、设备、工具前瞻以及目前清理的实践研究等方面阐述了铸钢产品常用清理技术及设备,希望达到指导现场生产,提高工作效率的目的。

It is very difficult to clean casting surface,bad work area,the high intensity of labour,no auto machine or robot. so casting surface clean must be depend on lot of hand workers.This topic discuss about techniques requirements and standards, method and machine ／tools, some new technic and machine of casting steel surface clean.By these, it is hope to guide the casting steel surface clean process and high the casting steel surface clean efficiency.
