大众化时代的高等教育不仅要培养适应社会发展所需要的各个层次和类别的人才,更要培养发展健全人格和不断追求精神,具有独立和自我完善的社会人。在"量"的扩张与"质"的稳定的命题下,在促进人才成长的过程中,教师、同龄群体、校园成长氛围的他者引导和个体自身的精神独立与自省显得尤为重要。

Higher education in personnel training in popularity age should not ordy trains talents of various levels who adapt to the social development needs and category, but should also cultivate social people with sound personality and continuously pursue inde- pendent spirit and self-improvement.
