Analysis and Reference of the Financial Talent Training Mode of Foreign Colleges——Taking "TEP" in Nanyang Polytechnic as an Example

新加坡被誉为全球多元化的金融发展中心,这要归功于其银行与金融服务专业的学历教育。基于此,通过研究新加坡南洋理工学院的银行与金融服务专业人才培养模式,来探讨国内高职院校本专业的改革方案,以期进一步提高金融服务专业人才培养质量。

Singapore is renowned as a worldwide multi-financial center, due to its＇ vocational education of finance. Thus the paper discusses the reform project of the national higher vocational major training, by researching the banking and finance talent training mode of Nanyang Polytechnic in order to further improve financial talent training quality.
