摘要
研究了多通道直流大电流比较仪在工业现场测量时出现的通道封闭的棘手问题,并针对此问题,利用Ansoft软件仿真分析了测量头(传感器)各通道在安装过程中的磁场变化,得出了强烈的磁场变化是造成通道封闭问题的结论,并由实验验证了该结论。最后由工业现场的测量实验,通过数学计算,定量分析了外界磁场对比较仪工作点的影响。
To study the problem of channel-closing of multi-channel comparator for heavy direct current, the software of Ansoft is used to analyze the change of magnetic field of each channel in the process of installation. The conclusion that the problem of channel-closing is caused by the wide fluctuations of magnetic field is obtained and proved by experiments. At last, the impact of outside magnetic field on the operating point is analyzed by industrial experiments and mathematical calculations.
