Therefore this article designed and developed a multi-function frequency selective muhimeter, which can effective avoid the interference of power frequency and all kinds of spurious signal in a field test. This muhimeter which is based on non-power frequency method and has a good frequency-selecting property by using high-quality digital band pass filter, comprehensive functions and simple operation, can be very convenient to entirely measure and synthetically evaluate the grounding connections.
