电动汽车交流充电接口控制导引电路试验设计 被引量:15

摘要 介绍了电动汽车充电接口控制导引电路基本功能和工作原理,设计了一种在不同充电模式下进行各检测点匹配电阻及电压状态试验的方法。实现对充电接口连接状态确认、功率输出变化、正常或非正常充电停止执行行为、以及各充电阶段控制时序变化的测试。试验结果表明所提出的试验方法对充电接口控制导引电路功能测试具有实用性和有效性。 This paper presented basic functions and working princenples of control pilot circuit for charging coupler, designed a test method of matching resistance and voltage status for various measuring locations under different charging types. Confirmation of connection status for charging coupler,inspections of variation on power output capacity and execution behavior for charging stop under a normal or abnormal conditions as well as sequence of control at different charging stage were realized. Expermental results indicated that proposed test method is effective and practical for function measuring of control pilot circuit for the charging couplers.
