摘要
目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱(GFAAS)测定大青盐中微量铅含量的方法。方法:采用标准加入法,用GFAAS测定大青盐中微量铅。结果:在一定的条件下铅含量与吸光度在10.0~80 ng.mL-1范围内二次曲线拟合度高,方法的加标回收率为89.9%~93.3%,RSD为1.46%。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高且简便易行,可用于矿物药大青盐中微量铅的限量控制。
Objective: To determine lead in mineral salt of Halitum by Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The standard addition method was used for the determination of lead in Halitum by Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Result : The results showed that in the certain condition there is a quadratic curve relation between the concentration of lead and its absorbance in the range of 10.0-80. 0 ng· mL-1. The RSD was 1.46% , and the recovery was from 89.9% to 93.3%. Conclusion: The method is specific, sensitive, and can be used for the limit control of lead in Halitum.
