摘要
针对HTF-BITS设备中建立的时间同步时间间隔误差数学模型中的第4项"△T_(xy)(t)"如何实现精确测量的算法,介绍了采用"三维时间坐标"实现精准测量的原理,并推理实现了1 ns特高精度的必要条件和基于FPGA实现的专利技术要求。同时,论述了"天网"和"地网"的辨证关系。为在我国建立实现小于1 ns的特高精度时间同步的全国骨干时间频率同步网提供科学的理论依据。
The paper mainly analyses the fourth item"ATe(t)" of mathematical model of time interval error when building process of time synchronization of HTF-BITS equipment and how to implement accurately measuring algorithm, which introduces the principle of implementing accurately measurement using three-dimensional coordinates of time and a necessary condition for realizing especially high accuracy within one nanosecond. Meanwhile, it discusses the dialectic relationship between satellite network and computer network and provides scientific theoretical basis when China is building a national backbone network of especially high time synchronization within one nanosecond.
