摘要
如何通过量化的方法来表示用户对业务与网络的体验和感受,并反映当前业务和网络的质量与用户期望间的差距,成为在当前通信业激烈竞争大背景下,运营商提高终端用户的满意度、留住用户并扩大用户规模的关键。通过对宽带用户QoE关键影响要素进行分析,建立一套较为完善的宽带用户QoE评测体系和方法,以期为运营商宽带QoE评测提供参考和借鉴。
How to represent QoE and measure the gap between the network quality and user expectations by quantitive method ,it become the key to retain customers in the competitive environment. A set of QoE evaluation system and method was established, it could offer some ideas and suggestions for the ISP about broadband user QoE.
