This paper introduces the existing ringtone editing mode, and analyzes the existing editing techniques and processing problems. On that basis, the ringtone resources free editing method is put forward. This method improves the user＇s favorite degree of ringtone editing business, makes the user really involved in the business, increases the business interest, speeds up the whole process of editing, and improves the efficiency of storage.
