64层螺旋CT低剂量个体化前瞻性门控轴面扫描在冠状动脉血管成像的应用 被引量:6

摘要 16层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像(CTA)冠状动脉狭窄〉50%病变的检查,阴性预测值可达到99%。为了进一步提高CTA的准确性,64层螺旋CT在提高心脏成像空间分辨率和时间分辨率的同时增加了辐射剂量,有效剂量达到15mSv[2]。但随之而来的X线辐射问题也越来越被人们关注,在CT检查中如何减少患者的射线剂量正在成为国内外学者的研究热点1。
