30多年来,在全世界去阶级化的浪潮下,阶级分析方法日益边缘化,甚至被否定。潘毅等人的著作《大工地:建筑业农民工的生存图景》将阶级分析方法重新带回社会科学研究的中心,通过人类学和社会学的研究方法,细致展示城市建筑业农民工艰辛的现实处境,揭示建筑业农民工所遭遇的讨薪难等困境的深层次机制,呈现了当前中国法治建设过程中存在的困境。该书扩展了目前法律社会学的研究领域,表明阶级分析方法在一些法治问题上具有较强的解释力,为阶级分析方法在法律社会学研究中的运用提供了重要启示。

Under the tide of un-class of the whole world, the class analysis method has gradually been marginalized, even be negative, in the recent 30 years. The Great Site： Live Prospect of Construction of Rural Migrant Workers written by Pan Yi takes the class analysis method back to the center of social science research. Through the anthropology and sociology re- search methods, this book meticulously shows the hard reality situation of peasant workers in city construction, revealing the deep mechanism of difficulties which rural migrant workers encountered in demanding unpaid salary, presenting the plight of existence in the current Ghina~ legal construction process. The book expands the law field of current sociology, revealing that the class analysis method has a strong explanatory power in exploring law issues. It would provide an important enlight- enment for applying the class analysis methods in the research on sociology of law.
