摘要 The Chinese New Year Celebrations, hosted by Chinese immigrants in the City Hall of The Hague in the Netherlands, has established itself as a brand event of increasing impacts since its inception ten years ago. The Spring Festival, or widely known as Chinese New Year, has become an important holiday celebrated by both Chinese immigrants and the mainstream community of the Netherlands. Thanks to ever-closer China-Holland ties, diverse cultural events have been presented in many Dutch cities in celebration of Chinese New Year, entertaining The Chinese New Year Celebrations, hosted by Chinese immigrants in the City Hall of The Hague in the Netherlands, hasestablished itself as a brand event of increasing impacts since its inception ten years ago. The Spring Festival, or widely known as Chinese New Year, has become an important holiday celebrated by both Chinese immigrants and the mainstream community of the Netherlands. Than ks to ever- closer China-Holland ties, diverse cultural events have been presented in many Dutch cities in celebration of Chinese New Year, entertaining Ioca residents and Chinese immigrants with enormous appeals of Chinese culture and traditions.
