深圳宝安社康中心运行机制改革对高血压管理的效果评价

Impact of Bao′an District Community Health System Reform on Hypertension Management and Control

目的评价深圳市宝安区社康中心运行机制改革对社区高血压患者规范管理和血压控制的效果。方法利用高血压管理信息系统，形成回顾性非随机对照的队列研究设计，利用随访数据的随机效应负二项回归和双差法的效果评价模型，评估改革对社区高血压患者规范管理和血压控制的作用。结果社康中心运行机制改革使高血压规范管理率提高了0．29倍（P〈0．05），使高血压患者的血压控制率提高了0．26倍（P〈0．05）。结论宝安区社康中心运行机制改革提高了高血压的管理能力，发挥了社区卫生服务机构在高血压防治方面的积极作用。

Objective To evaluate the impact of community health system reform on regular hypertension management and blood pressure control. Methods A retrospective non - randomized cohort study was conducted based on the Hypertension Management Information System. Random effect negative binomial model and double difference strategy were used. Results Standard hypertension management rate increased by 29% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Blood pressure control rate among hypertensive patients increased by 26% （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Bao＇an community health system reform has improved the hypertension manage- ment and control among the community hypertensive patients.
