摘要
介绍SSC分级破碎机基本结构,分析破碎机现场使用情况。利用Pro/E建立破碎机辊部件三维模型,结合破碎机现场使用状况,建立破碎机辊部件力学模型,利用动力学求解方法,得出1 000 kg煤矸从2 m的高度处下落对破碎机齿辊的冲击载荷。对以后大型破碎机的选型设计以及现场工艺布置提供参考。
This paper introduces the basic structure of the SSC sizing crusher, and analyzes the application of crusher on site. Using Pro/E to create three-dimensional model of the crusher rollers components, combining with the crusher site application and modeling the crusher rollers components mechanical model. Using kinetic method for solving obtained gangue with 1 000 kg from 2 m at the height of the whereabouts of the crusher roll impact loads. It could provide reference for the selection of large-scale crusher design and Process layout on-site.
