摘要
以NX的WAVE技术为基础,结合系统工程及协同设计的思想,有效地将顶级设计规范传递给各个子装配,然后再进行详细的结构设计,高效、准确地对整个产品进行管理。以NX8.0软件在煤矿机械带式输送机改向滚筒的设计应用为例,阐述了这种思想和具体操作的流程,对类似的产品设计具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the NX wave technology, combined the idea of system engineering and collabora- tive design, this method can effectively transmit the top-level design specifications to each sub-assem- bly for the detailed structural design, so that the management of the entire product can be conducted efficiently and accurately. This paper explained the design thought and the concrete operation processes through an applied design of the conveyor bend drum in coal mine machinery by NXS.0 software. The results have a certain reference value for the similar product design.
