摘要
矿山搜寻机器人要在井下未知环境中移动及完成搜救任务,必须实时采集其周围障碍信息,实现自身的定位、避障以及导航功能。超声波模块具有测量速度快、可靠性高、结构简单、对环境要求低及硬件易实现等优点,被广泛地应用到机器人的探测定位系统中。以AT89S52单片机为核心,设计出一种动态超声波数据采集模块,用于矿山搜寻机器人在井下行走时对周围障碍物距离数据的采集。
In order to move and complete the rescue mission in the unknown underground environment, the mine searching robot must get the real-time information around the barriers for the sake of their own positioning, obstacle avoidance and navigation functions. Owing to the fast measurement speed, high reliability, simple structure, low requirement of the environment and easy achievement of the hardware, the ultrasonic module has been widely applied to the detection and positioning system of the robot. Using AT89S52 MCU as the core, this paper designs a dynamic ultrasonic data acquisition module to collect the distance data of the obstacles around the mining search robots.
