摘要
乳化液泵站是综合机械化采煤工作面支护设备的动力源泉,在煤矿机械化生产中占重要地位。以乳化液泵站设计为例,介绍了乳化液泵站的工作原理,并对乳化液泵站中主要部件的设计选型进行了分析,为乳化液泵站的优化设计提供了理论基础。
Emulsion pump station is the source of power for the supporting equipment of integrated mechanized mining face, and holds an important position in mechanized production of the mine. In this paper, through the design of emulsion pump station, working theory of emulsion pump station was introduced the design, and selection of the main components were analyzed, and the calculation method for shaker and the motion form of material on shaker were analyzed which provides the theoretical basically for the optimum design of emulsion pump station.
