摘要
通过构造斗杆典型工况下的三维参数化优化模型,利用Ansys有限元方法分析对其危险部位的应力状态特征与分布进行了分析,并据此对结构的几何参数进行优化设计。结果表明优化模型可行,优化后的断面结构可以在保证斗杆重量最小化的同时,改善局部的应力分布状况,提高斗杆整体的机械性能。
Rationality of the strcture has a directe impact on perfemance of the bucket handle.In the paper, the optimization modle of the bucket handle of three- dimensional parameters is constructed in the typical conditions, the stress state and distribution of the bucket handle are analyzed with the finite element method,and geometrical parameters to opimiz the design. The results show that the optimization model is feasible, optimized cross-section structure can be minimized to ensure the weight of the bucket handle, improve the local stress distribution and the overall mechanical properties of the bucket handle.
