摘要
根据对拱形巷道临时支护设备的研究,对其顶梁进行参数化建模,利用ANSYS Workbench静力学分析模块进行结构静力学分析,并利用其优化模块,以顶梁上板和下板的间距为设计变量,以最大等效应力为状态变量,质量(体积)最小为目标函数,对拱巷道进行了仿真优化辅助设计。优化后的顶梁体积更小,满足安全及生产要求。
According to research on arched roadway temporary support equipment, apply parametric modeling on its roof, using ANSYS Workbench statics analysis modules for the structural static analysis, and using the optimization module, take the beam plate and the lower plate spaced as design variables, and the effective stress as state variables, quality (volume) minimum as the objective function, have simulation optimization aided design on the arch roadway. After optimization, the top beam has smaller volume and can meet safetv and nroduction requirements.
