摘要
为得到带式输送机磁流变软启动装置的时间响应特性,搭建了磁流变软启动装置试验台,并分析了滑差转速及励磁线圈电流对时间响应特性的影响规律,结果表明:滑差转速对磁流变软启动装置响应时间影响较小,而励磁线圈电流则存在一定影响,线圈电流越大,响应时间越长,但响应时间一般<200 ms,满足带式输送机使用要求。
To obtain the time response characteristic of magnetorheological soft starter for belt conveyor, the magnetorheological soft starter test-bed is established, the influence rules of slip rotate speed and exciting coil current on response time are researched, the results indicate that the influence of slip rotate speed is little, while the exciting coil current is larger, the stronger the exciting coil current, the longer the response time which is smaller than 200 ms usually, satisfying the requirements of belt conveyors.
