摘要 针对速度传感器故障率较高、易受干扰等问题,提出了一种速度观测器,用于矿井提升机无速度传感器直接转矩控制。该方法将变结构控制和自适应控制进行有机结合,以定子电流作为参考模型输出量,采用电流偏差构造了合理的滑模面,根据Lyapunov稳定性定理,分析了观测器的收敛条件,证明了其稳定性,得到了转速估计表达式。理论和仿真结果表明,所提出转速辨识方法具有较好准确度和抗干扰性能。 For the issues of speed sensors,such as high failure rate and vulnerability to interference,a novel speed observer was proposed for the speed identification of a sensor-less direct torque controlled induction motor driver for mine hoist. This strategy combines adaptive control with variable structure control, and selects the stator currents as model outputs, and formulates a slide mode surface according current error. By using Lyapunov arguments, the convergence condition of observer was obtained, and the estimation algorithm for rotor speed was solved to guarantee the stability of the system. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed strategy possesses the veracity of observers and anti-interference performance.
