摘要
从节能的角度出发,在分析现有电动轮自卸车耗能制动的基础上,提出了再生制动方案。利用超级电容器组储存能量的方法,使车辆减速或下坡时储存能量,在车辆需要加速时再释放能量,分析了电动轮矿车能量回收的可行性。计算结果表明,再生制动可以产生很大的能量,利用超级电容器组可回收能量,提高电动轮矿车的续驶里程。
This paper proposes regenerative braking program for energy-saving on analyzing energy - consuming braking of electrical wheels autonomous dump truck, make vehicle store energy when decelerating and downgrading,and make it release energy when accelerating,depending on storing energy of ultra-capacitor. At the same time, analyze the feasibility of energy recovery in electrical wheels autonomous dump truck in mine. Calculation results demonstrate regenerative braking can generate energy and ultra-capacitor can recover energy. So it can increase mileage of electrical wheels autonomous dumo truck in mine.
