摘要 为了提高Q345钢材零件表面的耐磨性,并得到较好的基体组织,以氧化铈作为催化剂,进行渗硼处理,并进行渗后正火、渗后一次淬火(将试样催渗后出炉冷却至室温,再加热到淬火温度进行淬火)和渗淬一体化处理(将试样催渗后出炉直接水淬)。分析得到各种渗层的组织和成分,结果表明,渗淬一体化处理后的渗层致密均匀,基体为板条状马氏体。耐磨性试验表明:经渗淬一体化处理后,渗层得到强化的同时,基体硬度提高2倍,基体对渗层的支撑作用得到了增强。 In order to improve the wear resistance of Q345 steel, and to get a good substrate organization, boronization was conducted using cerium oxide. Normalizing, quenching (samples are cooled to room temperature, and then are heated to quenching) and integration of boronizing and quench (samples are heated to quenching) were tested. The microstructure and property of boride layer were studied. The results show that the boride layer density is even and substrate organization is strips martensite by using treatment of integration of boronizing and quench. Wear test show that the boride layer will strengthen and substrate hardness will have twice increased.
