摘要
采用Pro/E建立齿轮箱系统模型,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench分别对齿轮箱箱体以及包括传动系统在内的整个齿轮箱系统进行了模态分析,提取了2种模型前6阶固有频率及主振型。并根据模态分析结果对临界转速是否合理,齿轮箱结构有无薄弱环节做出判断,为后面合理选择输入轴的转速,优化设计齿轮箱结构奠定基础。
A gearbox system in Pro/E is built. Modal analysis of gearbox and gearbox system including the transmission system in ANSYS Workbench are made. The former six frequencies and mode shapes are got. h can be estimated whether the rotational speed of gear is reasonable and whether there is weak link in the gearbox structure. It is the foundation to choose the reasonable speed of the gearbox and optimize the design of gearbox structure.
