摘要
利用UG软件对不锈钢送料器进行实体建模,通过可变轴曲面轮廓铣命令生成四轴加工程序;设计了一个针对送料器装夹的连接器零件,选择合理的加工参数实现了不锈钢送料器的加工;该方法对解决轴类零件的四轴铣削加工具有一定的参考价值。
Solid modeling of the stainless steel feeder shall be made on the basis of the UG software and the 4-axis processing is generated according to the variable contour command; a connector part targeted at feeder clamping is designed and the machining of stainless steel feeder is materialized by adopting the reasonable machining parameters. Such method provides references for the 4-axis milling machining of shaft parts.
