掘进机回转机构研究

Study on Revolute Mechanism of Roadheader

针对市场上现有掘进机回转方式和回转原理进行了归纳总结。通过对不同回转方式与回转原理的分析与研究,给出了每种回转结构与回转原理的优缺点、不同回转结构形式所适应的工况和实际使用条件。对掘进机的设计提供了理论依据。

This paper sums up revolute mechanism and revolute principle of roadheaders. According to study on different revolute mechanism and revolute principle, it gives merits and drawbacks of different rev olute mechanism and revolute principle, and different structure of revolute mechanism t adapt to different working conditions and actual used conditions. It provides theory evidence for design of roadheader.
