摘要
以门式耙料机门架为研究对象,应用Solidworks软件建立了2种不同形式门架的三维模型,并将其导入ANSYS Workbench中,通过对比分析2种门架的静力学分析结果,找到了国内现有门式耙料机门架结构的不足之处,验证了变截面式门架的合理性。改进后降低了门架最大应力,减轻了重量,结构更趋合理。
With gantry of portal reclaimer as research object,two kinds of different forms 3D model of gantry,created with Solidworks software were imported model to ANSYS Workbench. Through contrasting result of statics analysis of two kinds of gantry, the deficiencies of door frame structure were found and rationality of variable cross-section type door frame was verified so that improved gantry has lower maximum stress and weight and reasonable structure.
