摘要
运用西门子S7-200系列PLC技术,取代传送工件机械手的原继电器控制,对其传统设备进行技术改造。传统的机械手经PLC技术改造后,能够提高设备工作效率,减少设备维修工作量,同时对类似设备控制系统的改造或设计也有一定的指导意义,值得借鉴和推广。
Application of Siemens S7-200 series of PLC technology, replace conveyor workpiece manipulator＇s original relay control, the traditional equipment to carry out technical transformation. The traditional mechanical hand by PLC technique, can raise work efficiency of equipment, reduce equipment repair work, at same time to similar equipment control system renovation and design also has certain guiding significance, is worth to draw lessons from and promotion.
