摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术,采用NI公司的PXI平台和LABVIEW软件设计矿井通风机振动信号监控系统。该系统具有振动信号采集、振动信号分析和振动数据管理等功能。本系统开发周期短,可扩展性强,PXI技术结合LABVIEW开发平台为煤矿井下设备监控提供一种新的技术途径。
Based on virtual instrument technology, this paper design a mine ventilator vibration signalmonitoring system using PXI platform and LABVIEW software of NI company. The system has vibrationsignals acquirement and characteristicanalysis and vibration data management functions. This system has shorter development cycle and better expansibility. PXI technology in combination with LABVIEWsoftware provides a new approach for monitoring coal mine equipment.
