摘要
ZD-B智能电解测厚仪和计算机测控系统,检测三元合金镀层,有助于对电镀产品质量分析,提高产品质量。该系统与轮廓仪相比较其测量镀层厚度误差小、精度高,而且使用简便,稳定可靠,充分发挥了库仑测厚仪技术的优势,最大限度的获取镀层全面信息。为三元合金电镀层的厚度测量提供了新方法。
The application of ZD-B type intelligent eLec^rotyt,,~ ~ measurement system is helpful to analyze and improve the quality of Cu-Sn-Zn alloy coating. Compared with the surface profilometer, this measurement system has lower error, higher precision and higher stabili- ty with simple and easy application. As based on the coulometric coating thickness testing method, this measurement system could be used to acquire the whole informantion of alloy coating, and the coating thickness was obtained by this new techniques.
