FOCKE350S包装机是德国生产的经典卷烟包装机组。由于原装小胶缸胶水控制系统易出现错误检测而造成停机和质量问题。经过长期的数据分析,对胶水检测系统进行改进,增加胶水消耗监测报警,使得FOCK350S商标库小胶缸胶水控制系统拥有更为精确、稳定的工作性能。改造完成后,包装机因胶水检测器引起的故障次数和由此造成的次品均大幅降低,提高了机器生产的效率与稳定性。
The FOCKE350S packaging machines imported from Germany is a classic cigarette packaging unit, but the control system of the original small plastic cylinder glue is prone to detection error and thus downtime and quality issues. Based on long-term data analysis, the glue detection system is improved to increase the glue con- sumption monitoring alarm so that the FOCK350S trademarks library small plastic cylinder glue control system has a more accurate and stable operation. The number of faults and defective products of the improved packaging machine decreases significantly, thereby improving the efficiency and stability of the machine production.
