滋肾益脑方对抑郁模型大鼠子宫及卵巢组织形态学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察中药复方滋肾益脑方对抑郁大鼠子宫、卵巢形态学的影响。方法将40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、氟西汀组、滋肾益脑方中剂量组和高剂量组,采用甲状腺素灌胃和慢性不可预见性应激方法制备肾阴虚抑郁动物模型,采用苏木精-伊红染色法光镜下观察各组大鼠子宫、卵巢的形态学变化。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组显示闭锁卵泡多,黄体和成熟卵泡少见,子宫内膜明显较薄,间质纤维增生;与模型组比较,氟西汀组大鼠子宫、卵巢的形态学变化无明显改善,而滋肾益脑方组子宫、卵巢的病理形态学变化均有不同程度的减轻,其中滋肾益脑方高剂量组较滋肾益脑方中剂量组改善更为明显。结论滋肾益脑方能明显减轻肾阴虚抑郁大鼠的子宫、卵巢病理形态学改变。 Objective To explore the effects of Zishenyinao prescription on morphology of womb and ovary in rat model of depression. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, the fluoxetine group, medi- um dose Zishenyinao group and high-dose Zishenyinao group. The depression with kidney yin difficiency rat model was made by thyrine intragastric administration combined chronicity non-precognition stress methods. The morphology of womb and ovary of rats in each group were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining under light microscope. Results Compared with normal control group,the model group showed that the number of atretic follicles increased,luteum and mature follicle decreased and the en- dometrium was significantly thinner. Compared with model group, the morphology of womb and ovary in fluoxetine group had no significant improvement, but the morphology of womb and ovary in Zishenyinao group had significant improvement. In particu- lar, the improvement of the high-dose Zishenyinao group was more obvious. Conclusion Zishenyinao prescription can improve pathomorphology of womb and ovary obviously in depression kidney yin difficiency rat model.
