脑源性营养因子在抑郁症发病与治疗中的研究进展

摘要
脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在血清和脑内表达水平下调是抑郁症的重要生物指标之一,而抗抑郁治疗能引起其表达上调。本文就BDNF在抑郁症发病与治疗中的研究进展作一综述。
