入民宅盗窃犯罪具有极大的社会危害性。入民宅盗窃案件具有易发案、发现晚、线索少、破案难的特点。公安机关应从加强防控体系建设入手,以最大限度减少此类案件发生为根本出发点;从提高侦破能力入手,着力打造一支信息化手段多样、侦破理念超前、动手能力和研判分析能力俱佳的攻坚队伍。
The act of theft jeopardizes the public security and harms the interest of residents. It has the distinguishing feature of great changes and no clues for solving the case. There are many factors which restrict the investigation of burglarizing residence. The public security organs should strengthen the development and application of information system for police in order to bring about a fundamental turn for the better in the model of investigation of burglarizing residence.
