家长参与式护理模式在早产儿护理中的应用效果

Effects of Parental Participation Nursing Model on Premature Infants

目的探讨在早产儿监护室实施家长参与式护理的方法及效果。方法便利抽样法选择2010年10月至2011年10月在湖南省儿童医院新生儿一科住院的早产儿162例为研究对象,按入院时间先后将其分为观察组(n=82)和对照组(n=80)。对照组早产儿所有的护理工作由护士完成,观察组早产儿在住院后期由家长参与部分护理工作,比较两组早产儿家长在早产儿出院时对早产儿基本护理知识和护理技能的掌握情况、对护理工作的满意率及出院后对医嘱执行的依从性和随访的依从性。结果观察组家长在早产儿基本护理知识和护理技能的掌握情况、对护理工作的满意率、对医嘱执行的依从性和随访的依从性方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论家长参与式护理模式提高了家长对早产儿基本护理知识的认知水平和护理技能,提高了家长对护理工作的满意率,使早产儿护理由院内顺利延伸至家庭,有利于早产儿健康成长。

Objective To discuss the implementation and effect of parental participation nursing in ICU for premature infants. Methods From October 2010 to October 2011,162 premature infants in the hospital were divided into experimental group（n=82） and control group（n=80） by the Admission time. For the control group, all the nursing work were completed by nurses. For the experimental group, the nursing work are partly completed by the parents. Comparisons were conducted on the basic nursing knowledge, practicing skills,satisfaction to nursing service for the premature infants＇ parents at discharge as well as the compliances to medical advice and follow-up after discharge. Results The scores on knowledge, skill mastery,satisfaction to nursing service and the complance to medical advice and follow-up after discharge in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Parental participation nursing model improves not only parental cognition level of basic nursing knowl- edge for premature infants and nursing skills but parental satisfaction and compliance to medical advice and follow-up, successfully extends the nursing by hospital to the family for premature infants, which is condu- cive to the healthy growth of premature infants.
