摘要
针对汽轮机控制油供应系统的设置,分析了不同的供油系统对机组运行可靠性造成的不同影响,探讨了控制油泵容量和设置方式。分析表明:多用户供油不一定需要增大油泵容量,高压供油可以降低油泵容量;小容量油泵比较节能,大容量油泵有利于提高机组运行的可靠性。对公用控制油供应系统提出了设计优化和控制逻辑优化的建议。
Aiming at the configuration of control oil supply system for steam turbines, the influence of oil supply system on operation reliability of the unit was analyzed, with focus on the capacity and configuration of the control oil pump. Analysis results show that it is not necessary to increase the capacity of the oil pump for multi-user oil supply and the capacity of oil pump may be reduced in high-pressure oil supply. Small-capacity pumps are relatively energy-saving and large-capacity pumps are in favor of increasing the unit operation reliability. Moreover, suggestions on optimization of design and control logic are proposed for public control oil supply systems.
