摘要 热工过程被控对象具有大滞后、时变、非线性等特点,采用集散控制系统中的常规控制策略,难以取得满意的控制效果。以预测控制为例,针对系统平台选择、主控算法的开发、系统跟踪切换等方面的关键问题进行了介绍和分析,结合相关的研究和应用,探讨了解决方案并给出一些结论,为先进控制系统的工程实现提供了思路。 As the control object in the thermal process is characterized in large lag, time varying and nonlinearity, it is difficult to achieve satisfactory control effect by using the conventional control strategy in the distributed control system. Taking predictive control as an example, some key problems such as system platform selection, main control algorithm and system trace switching, are introduced and analyzed. The solutions have been studied in combination with relevant researches and applications and some conclusions have been drawn, providing ideas for engineering implementation of advanced control systems.
