摘要
针对600MW超临界直流锅炉给水系统的特点,提出机组冷态启动全程由汽动给水泵上水的给水方式,分析了机组冷态冲洗、点火、热态冲洗、汽轮机冲转、中速暖机、阀切换、并网及初负荷暖机、给水泵汽源切换、干湿态转换、汽动给水泵并泵等不同阶段给水调节需注意的问题,对这种上水方式的经济收益进行了评估。
Aiming at the characteristics of the water supply system for a 600 MW supercritical once- through boiler, it is proposed to adopt the mode of feeding water by turbine-driven feed pump in the whole process of cold start of the unit. Problems are analyzed to which attention must be paid in different stages, such as in the period of cold washing, ignition, hot washing, turbine rotation-impulsing, medium-speed warming, valve switching, synchronization and initial-load warm-up, steam supply switching for feed pump, dry-wet state transfer and combination of turbine-driven feed pump, etc. Economical benefits of the water feeding mode are evaluated simultaneously.
