摘要
应用吸入麻醉药安氟醚 ,对绵羊进行低流量吸入麻醉 ,试验通过监测其对心、脑、呼吸及循环等功能的影响及变化 ,结果在麻醉试验中 ,经临床各项反射、痛觉监测 ,证明安氟醚肺泡有效浓度达 2 .2 %时 ,麻醉效果良好 ,且达到外科手术级的麻醉深度 ;脑电图监测显示其频率和波幅变化与麻醉深浅呈一致性变化。呼吸监测结果显示其呼吸系统的各项生理指标基本维持在正常范围内 ,不致发生呼吸性酸中毒等变化 ,并能防止因呼吸抑制而发生死亡。试验表明 ,安氟醚麻醉诱导快 ,麻醉安全范围大 ,易维持和控制麻醉深度 ,苏醒快 ;且低流量吸入麻醉法 ,具有麻醉平稳、用药量少。
By using inhalational anesthetic ethrane to make sheep inhale low discharge anethic, we detected the influence of ethrane to the function and variation of heart level, brain waves,respiration and blood circulation, during the anesthetic experiment. We detected every clinical reflex and sense of pain, prove that when the effective concentration pulmonary of alveolus reach to 2.2%, emerge a optimum anesthetic effect, attain a surgical operation's anesthsia change comply with the anesthesia degree, respiration detection show that each physical index of respiratory system., remain the normal limits not cause and poison result from respiration,at the same time it may prevent the death result from respiratory restrain.The anesthetic experiment show that ethrane have the advantages of quick anesthesia induction, large safe limitation,ease to maintain and control anesthesia degree, regain consciouness fast, smooth anesthesia uses little ethane and not pollutes the environment.
